2011/7155 Framework agreement for servers with accessories

DSB currently uses a pure HP Proliant environment with EMC San system and backup robot. It is a requirement that new systems are compatible and can be integrated with the current environment. Any adaptions will be calculated into the price calculation and will be a part of the total evaluation.
A framework agreement shall be signed with a supplier for equivalent equipment to what we currently have. The Prolian 350 servers which we currently use are Tower stand-alone servers which are used as file-print-servers in external locations (approx. 30 locations). HPSim is used as a monitoring tool. We would like a framework agreement for servers including additional components for servers such as disks, memory, power, iLo, Care-Packs, network cards, disk-shelves and racks in full or half height.
The expected volume is plus/minus s50 servers with additional components over a 3 year period. Emphasis is put on the fact that this is only an estimate and it is not binding for the awarding authority. Delivery can be to all of DSB’s locations, but deliveries will mainly be directly to the main office in Tønsberg. The tender shall be in Norwegian and shall consist of:
1. A dated and signed tender letter;
2. which includes a system and product description, see the award criteria in point 6;
3. and the supplier’s name, address, contact persons, telephone number and e-mail address.
The tender letter shall have the following numbered annexes:
1. Annex 1 Filled in requirements table including price and any other documentation, see Annex 1;
2. Annex 2 Statement accepting the terms or a statement of any conditions, see Annex 2;
3. Annex 3 A censored version of the total tender, where information of competitive importance is removed, cf. the public law 13 and the administration act 13.1 paragraph 2 (client confidentiality upon demand of access).
