University of Oslo, fao. the Technical Division, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall during autumn 2011 introduce a new facility management system (FDVU). Supplier and system are not yet selected. In addition to services from the system supplier, the Awarding Authority also wishes to engage expertise who can assist with project management in connection with the implementation and also ensure competence development in relation to the new system.
The Awarding Authority requests a person who will contribute with:
Project management in connection with implementation of the facility management system (FDVU):
Manage the implementation works:
Coordinate project activities and ensure internal and external cooperation.
Make sure that the system is implemented in a method that safeguard the Awarding Authority’s requirements and support the Awarding Authority’s processes.
Carry out cost / benefit assessments of integration requirement / level and adaptation requirements of software.
Assist in the establishment and revision of procedures and guidelines.
Handle spreading of information regarding the project /communication plan.
Be an initiator and ensure that the facility management system (FDVU) is utilized.
The project manager must have minimum 3 years experience with project management in connection with implementation of computer systems.
It is a requirement that all assignments are executed by one person.
Suppliers may propose alternate persons with similar qualifications and experience who can be appointed in case of unexpected events.
Extent: estimated requirement is 3 days per. week during the implementation period.
