2011/3361 Turnkey project for renovation & modernisation of fire field at Norway’s fire college

The fire-field belonging to the Norwegian Fire-Fighting College, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall be subject to extensive renovation and modernisation during summer 2011. A description has been prepared which roughly explain the existing requirements and works which need to be executed. However, the Awarding Authority shall carry out a detailed engineering process prior to execution of renovation and modernisation.
The Awarding Authority shall in connection with this enter into an agreement with one property developer who shall carry out the detailed engineering design and renovation as a principal contractor.

The contract will be subject to budgetary settlement. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to carry out parts of the planned works, only, if budgetary settlement is in deficiency for the entire assignment.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requierment).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requierment).
(4) Self-declaration regarding health, environment and safety in compliance with Appendix 2 (“Vedlegg 2”) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (“Forskrift om offentlige anskaffelser” - National requierments).

The contractor shall have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/meet the contractual obligations.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected or the main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients.
Overview of the contractor’s total manpower for the previous 3 years as well as equipment, machines, tools, materials or technical equipment available in connection with implementation of the contract/assignment. Statement of quality assurance/quality control system or copy of system certificate issued by accredited certification body or equivalent documentation, as well as a statement of environmental competence and routines.

The contractor shall have an established quality and environmental control system, as well as quality assurance routines, i.a. for reduction of the contractor’s company’s negative influence of the external environment.
