2011/1687 Framework agreement for clothing for NST - second notice

The Norwegian Support Team (NST) has a need for a considerable amount of equipment for stand-by, preparations, exercises and operations in catastrophe areas over the whole world. Therefore a framework agreement shall be established for the delivery of clothing with the accompanying equipment to NST personnel.
Call-offs on the contract depend on NST’s participation in assignments connected to catastrophic events. It is therefore not possible to state the contract value exactly. Otherwise the framework agreement shall be available for the whole of DSB’s organisation. Here the Civil Defence and the Norwegian Fire Fighting College will be major potential users of the contract.
The contract is for clothes and footwear for various climate zones, with the accompanying equipment. See the specifications, annex 1 of the tender documents.
The tender shall be given in Norwegian and it shall consist of:
— a dated and signed tender letter,
— that includes a solution and product description, see the award criteria in point 6,
— the supplier’s name, address, contact person, telephone number and e-mail address.
The tender letter shall have the following numbered annexes:
1. Annex 1 Filled in requirements table including price and any other documentation, see the tender documents Annex 1.
2. Annex 2 Statement of acceptance of the terms or a statement of any conditions, see the tender documents Annex 2.
3. Annex 3 A censored versions of the total tender, in which information of competitive importance is removed, cf. the Public Act § 13 and the Public Administration Act § 13, 1st paragraph 2) (confidentiality upon access requests).
We ask that the tender documents are not sent in zipped files when the tender is sent.
Attention is drawn to the fact that an electronic signature is required when the tender is sent, see the tender documents point 4.3.
