A contract shall be signed with one service provider for cleaning at DSB’s main office in Kaldnes in Tønsberg.
The contract period is 1 year from the date the contract is signed by both parties. The contract will automatically be extended for 3 years, unless the awarding authority gives written notification of notice within 30 of the contract expiring. The awarding authority can then extend the contract for up to 4 months, as long as notification is given to the awarding authority within 30 days of the contract period expiring.
All tenders shall be given electronically via the Mercell portal. Tenderers who are not users of Mercell or who have questions about how the tool functions for giving a tender, must contact Mercell Support at the following e-mail address or telephone number: support@mercell.com telephone number +47 21018860.
The electronic portal for giving a tender requires an electronic signature. Information on this is available at Buypass, BankId, or Commfides, see the links in the tender documents for further information, or contact Mercell support.
