Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);
(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement);
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).
The service provider shall fulfil his tax and VAT payment obligation.
The service provider is required to be a legally established company.
The service provider is required to fulfil, or will fulfil upon the award of contract, legal requirements in Norway within health, environment and safety (HSE).

Credit rating report, not older than 6 months, from Dun & Bradstreet, Lindorff Decision or equivalent. If such a credit rating does not exist, the service provider can as an alternative enclose the accounts with the auditor’s report for the last 2 accounting years.

The service provider shall refer to 3 contracts in the last 3 years, individual assignments of a minimum of 200 000 NOK or framework agreements with a minimum of 300 000 NOK per annum. Both stone laying works and excavator works shall be represented in the list.

The service provider shall refer to 2 contracts in the last 3 years that include excavation works and one that includes stone laying works.
The service provider shall have experience with excavation near large trees and other vegetation and areas with subterranean pipes, cables etc.
The service provider shall refer to 2 contracts in the last 3 years.
