The Awarding Authority requests maintenance of 47 artificial grass courts in accordance with attached overview of facilities. The maintenance includes depth cleaning (loosening and cleaning) down to 25 mm, laying of SBR granulated rubber or thermoplastic and any repairs such as gluing of joints in accordance with attached tender description.
The Awarding Authority also requests option for purchase and laying of granulated rubber and thermoplastic for 2012, 2013 and 2014. Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contract also includes option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1+1+1 year on identical conditions. The option will involve purchase and laying of SBR granulated rubber and thermoplastic. Index adjustment in accordance with the consumer price index of man-hour rate can be carried out once a year, first time 1.1.2012.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).

(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts);
(3) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts);
(4) Other documentation required (please state below);
— Product data sheet/environmental certification.
For SBR and thermoplastic the tenderer must present product data sheet/environmental certification which substantiate that the product meets the DIN 18035-7 requirements.
— Documentation of satisfactory wage and working conditions.
Copy of contracts of employment.
— Documentation of environmental qualities in connection with the deep cleaning process.
Documentation which demonstrates the method and the ability to reuse the SBR/thermoplastic subsequent to loosening/cleaning.
