The aim of the procurement is to hire in and receive assistance from a consultant to carry out long term measures in the project Oset; Protection of the outer environment. Alternative technical solutions shall be evaluated, contractors and suppliers shall be chosen and followed up and installations shall be chosen, procured, implemented, tested and documented. Assistance from a consultant will ensure that the project implements the measures in Oset vba at the right quality, cost and time.
