Statsbygg requests tenders for:
— Project engineering group (PG) to cover the following professions:
— Project engineering group coordinator (PGK),
— Architect (ARK),
— Landscape architect (LARK),
— Consulting engineer construction (RIB),
— Consulting engineer geo technical (RIG),
— Consulting engineer acoustics (RIAKU),
— Consulting engineer fire (RIBR),
— Consulting engineer water WHS (RIV),
— Consulting engineer electro (RIE).
The Justis- og politidepartement (Ministry of Justice and the Police) on 8.2.2011, gave Statsbygg the task of carrying out a pre-project for the construction of a new border station Storskog in Sør-Varanger Municipality.
The function and requirement analysis, dated 23.10.2009, shall be used to carry out this assignment.
Statsbygg is carrying out this project as one complete enterprise.
The new premises shall be based on a basic standard that opens up for modular solutions with a large general and flexible usage. The premises shall be constructed with limited impact on the existing border station which will be operational during the whole construction period. The existing border station shall be demolished after the new station is put to use.
New construction mass is approx. 3.585m2 gross, and the traffic area will be extended to 12 830 m2, including a new tourist and traffic area North of the control area, in the region of 2.800m2.

Statsbygg retains the right to order a total engineering design of roads and outdoor areas.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tax certificates.
2 tax certificates shall be provided:
— Tax certificate (tax, advance payments, garnishments, employer's contribution),
— VAT certificate.
The tax certificate and VAT certificate can be ordered from one place. Tenderers can either apply to their local tax collection office or the tax office.
The certificates shall not be older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries than Norway shall provide equivalent certificates in accordance with the procurement regulations § 20-12 (3).
HSE self-declaration.
All tenderers shall provide a HSE self-declaration by the deadline for receipt of tender expires. The self-declaration shall in accordance with the attached form in the tender invitation.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: Available annual accounts for the last two years, including auditor's notes.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Every company in the group must have sound solidity and financial ability to carry out the assignment.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Presentation of each individual firm's relevent reference projects in the last 3 years.
Each reference project must document the following information:
1. Description of the type of project
2. Size in area and cost
3. Name of award authority and, date for executing the assignment
4. The company's role in the project and the project phase
Reference projects must be submitted for all the professions including the PGK function.
Description of supplier's BIM competence.
