Tender invitation and information:
1.8.2011 the project office shall be moved into premises in Victoria Terrasse 11, the south district.
These premises shall accommodate Statsbygg’s (The Public Construction and Property Management) henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, project organisation and associated engineering design groups. Emphasis will be on simple and flexible furnishing for the premises. The premises will be renovated with new flooring made of flat woven carpets in dark and medium gray shades.
The walls will be painted in white/light grey colours. The existing dome lamps in the rooms will be kept. All toilets and kitchenettes will be renovated and repaired by the Awarding Authority.
The Awarding Authority requests tenders for curtains and internal shading.
The curtains shall be lamellar curtains including rails and hangers. It is estimated 4 lammelars per window in a light and fair quality. The tender shall include a fabric palette with 5-6 proposals for non-patterned, fair contrasting colours which go together mutually.
Internal shading in the meeting rooms shall be used for darkening the rooms in connection with AV presentation and the shadings shall be blinds installed in window niches.
Proposals for curtains and shadings, colours and materials/fabric should be presented in the tender as pictures and samples of materials/fabric.

A tender inspection for all tenderers will be held 29.3.2011 at 11:00-12:00 hours. Meet at the main entrance, Victoria Terrasse 11 (the south district), Oslo. The object of the inspection is to reveal and clarify any vagueness in the tender document and give further specification of the assignment. The tenderer is encouraged to participate in the inspection. The participants shall state names and companies. Travel expenses in connection with the inspection will not be paid by the Awarding Authority. The written and oral tender, contract and project language is Norwegian. (NT Ref:226521).

Qualification requirements:
It is required that the tenderer has a legally established company.
Documentation:
Company registration certificate.
For foreign companies the Awarding Authority requires equivalent certificates in accordance with the legislation in the country where the company is registered.
Tax certificates:
2 copies of tax and social security contributions certificates shall be presented:
— Tax certificate (taxes, deferred income/revenue, garnishment, employers contributions),
— VAT certificate.
Tax and VAT certificates can be commissioned from one office. The tenderers may either contact the local tax collector office or the tax office.
The certificates shall not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.
Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries than Norway shall present corresponding certificates. Compare the Public Procurement Regulations’ §20-12 (3).
HSE self-declaration.
All tenderers shall present a HSE self-declaration within the tender deadline. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the form attached the tender documents.

Good solidity and financial implementation ability are required.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof.
If the annual accounts cannot be presented, the tenderer shall give an account of the expected profit for 2010. The latest annual report, as well as recent information with relevance to the company’s accounting figures. If required, the Awarding Authority will carry out a credit control of the participants. The credit control will be executed by the credit rating agency credit inform.
