Invitation and orientation.
The project offices is moving into premises in Victoria Terrasse 11, south quarter, 1.8.2011.
These premises shall house Statsbygg’s project organisation and the accompanying engineering design groups, emphasis will be put on simple and flexible furniture. The premises will be commissioned with new floor coverings in the form of flat weaved carpets in dark to medium grey nuances. The walls will be painted in white/light grey colours. The existing ceiling lights in the rooms will be kept. All the toilet rooms and mini kitchens will be renovate and commissioned by Statsbygg.
Statsbygg request tenders for furniture – including the delivery and assembly of the project office in accordance with the attached furniture sketch and front elevaton. The furniture (or parts of them) can be new or new second hand, but must stand out as simple and uniform.
The tender shall consist of: office fittings, office chairs, work lights, meeting room fittings, milieu furniture and fittings for the photocopy/printer room ready assembled in the premises.
Emphasis will be put on simple office design, the furniture types must be able to be fitted in and placed, both as regards size and extent, in the rooms as shown on the furniture plan.

The aim of the site survey is to uncover and clarify any uncertainties in the tender documents and to give further details on the assignment. Tenderers are encouraged to participate in any joint site survey. Participants at the site survey shall state their name and company. Travel expenses etc. connected with the site survey will not be covered by Statsbygg. Language: The competition, contract and project language, both orally and written shall be Norwegian. Qualification requirements.
Suppliers are required to have a legally established company.
Documentation.
Company registration certificate. Foreign companies are required to provide equivalent certificates as mandated in the law in the country where the company is registered.
Tax certificate.
2 tax certificates shall be provided:
— Tax certificate (tax, advanced payment, garnishments, employer’s contribution),
— VAT certificate.
The tax certificate and VAT certificate can be ordered from the same place. Tenderers can either apply to their local tax collector office or to the tax office.
The certificates shall not be older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries than Norway shall enclose equivalent certificates in accordance with the procurement regulations § 20-12 (3).
HES self-declaration.
All tenderers shall enclose a HES self-declaration by the deadline for receipt of tenders. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the attached form in the tender documents.

Good solidity and the financial ability to fulfil the contract are required.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Provision of the company’s annual accounts or extracts from them. An account shall be given of the expected result for 2010 if the annual accounts are not available.
The company’s last annual report, as well as recent information which is relevant for the company’s accounting figures.
Statsbygg will, if needed, carry out a credit check of the participants through the credit rating company credit inform.

Good technical and professional qualifications are required.
Experience from the delivery and handling of equivalent deliveries as regards complexity and extent is required.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
An overview of the most important deliveries/contracts in the last 3 years (must be relevant to this contract).
More comprehensive information on what the contract included and the value of it, the date of the delivery and the name of the recipient shall be given for 2 deliveries.
