Invitation and orientation.
The project offices is moving into premises in Victoria Terrasse 11, south quarter, 1.8.2011.
These premises shall house Statsbygg’s project organisation and the accompanying engineering design groups, emphasis will be put on simple and flexible furniture. The premises will be commissioned with new floor coverings in the form of flat weaved carpets in dark to medium grey nuances. The walls will be painted in white/light grey colours. The existing ceiling lights in the rooms will be kept. All the toilet rooms and mini kitchens will be renovate and commissioned by Statsbygg.
Statsbygg request tenders for furniture – including the delivery and assembly of the project office in accordance with the attached furniture sketch and front elevaton. The furniture (or parts of them) can be new or new second hand, but must stand out as simple and uniform.
The tender shall consist of: office fittings, office chairs, work lights, meeting room fittings, milieu furniture and fittings for the photocopy/printer room ready assembled in the premises.
Emphasis will be put on simple office design, the furniture types must be able to be fitted in and placed, both as regards size and extent, in the rooms as shown on the furniture plan.
