110/2011 - Consultancy services - Reviewer with procurement competence

The aim of this procurement is to engage a consultant with competence in water who can develop a review for the choice of concept for relevant solutions and engineer the recommended concept up until the preliminary project including an estimation of the total cost.
The need for consultancy services will vary over time, it is therefore appropriate to enter into a framework agreement with one company.
The awarding authority (VAV) will divide the work up into “work packages”. Call-offs will be made by the awarding authority asking the service provider to price a “work package” based on the framework agreement’s prices.
The consultant shall, based on the approved preliminary project, engineer a solution up until the technical base for the procurement of the construction work, assist in the procurement phase and provide the necessary follow up in the construction phase.
