Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Norwegian tenderer shall present VAT certificates from the tax collector (county revenue office) and tax certificates issued by the Director of the Tax Collection Office /chief municipal treasurer (form RF-1244 from the Directorate of Taxes) in the Municipality where the tenderer has his main office. The certificates shall be presented within the deadline for receipt of requests for participation and the certificates shall not be older than 6 months.

The tenderer shall present self-declaration which verifies that the tenderer fulfils or possibly will fulfil statutory requirements in Norway regarding health, safety and environment. The self-declaration shall not be older than 12 months.
This shall be documented by presenting a company certificate or certificate of professional or commercial registration as mandated by the Member state in which the tenderer is established. This certificate shall not be older than 24 months.

— credit appraisal from an approved credit rating agency, not older than 3 months and with a credit rating not lower than “Credit-worthy” (equivalent to rating A at Dun & Bradstreet),
— verification that the tenderer is not subject to ongoing composition with creditors or bankruptcy negotiations. See the separate annex “Erklæring”.
