1 year consumption of Bioheating oil for 27 bio-boiler systems

Oslo municipality, c/o Municipal Undertaking for social service buildings, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites to open tender contes for 1 year consumption of biofuel oil for 27 bio-boiler plants. The delivery includes 27 of the Awarding Authority‘s buildings. The requirement specification provides information of total consumption and consumption for each building, as well as delivery addresses.
The renters for each building will order oil in accordance with consumption. It is emphasised that the various delivery locations will vary with regard to the size of the tanks and their locations/filling locations. The tenderer is therefore encouraged to inspect the various buildings in order to obtain an overview of the conditions.
Joint site inspection will not be held and the tenderer must himself consider requirement for inspections.
The tender contest is published on Oslo municipality’s procurement portal: https://lextra.oslo.kommune.no/app/koeportal/innkjop.portal.
In order to register for participation in the tender contest and download the tender documents the tenderers are asked to go to the above mentioned portal. All communication regarding the procurement shall be via procurement portal. Questions in relation to the tender contest and submitting tenders shall not be via the portal. It is not sufficient to register for participation through Doffin.no.
