The procurement comprises a 4 year framework agreement, + 1 year optional prolongation, of the purchase of reagents, consumables and calibrators necessary to carry out calibrations of the current analysis based on supplier’s specifications and analysis of the indicated number of patient samples and controls estimated for 2011, for components in clinical chemistry and immunology. As a general rule, the analysis of controls are based on two levels twice daily. Number of test results and control analysis for each component is inserted in the table in Attachment 3. The tender shall state the number of kits required for analysis and price per kit, and also include the following costs.
— Instrument (which is the supplier’s property),
— Training in accordance with specification,
— Full service agreement, including parts.
We also request that the instrument must be able to connect "on-line" with two-way communication to our laboratory computer system (NSL). A price of 50 000 NOK has been obtained from TIETO to establish a protocol that allows other instruments to communicate with the same functionality as today. This replacement cost will be included in the calculation of the lifetime cost of the relevant instruments. Alternatively, the supplier can include this in his tendered costs, which means that he will be invoiced this cost in the future. Please note that HMR HF does not affect the size of this replacement cost, which based on investment and consumption for 4 years is approx. 4-5 % of total costs.
The delivery shall include all components/accessories, assembly/installation and completion so it will work as a whole, based on the award authority’s needs and requirements as described.
