4.1 Scope.
The tender is for the purchase of 1 exposure laboratory with an adapted generator and viewing station.
Award authority also requests tenders for 1 wireless mobile xray.
We will award the total contract to 1 tenderer.
We also ask that, based on the site survey, tenderers specify measures required in the construction and infrastructure. These shall be priced separately and HNR HF reserve the right to choose to let the tenderer administer these measures or to carry out the work themselves.
The delivery shall include all components/accessories, disassembly, assembly/installation and completion so that the laboratory functions as a whole in accordance with the described needs and requirements.
Necessary training is also an important part of the delivery.
The tender is to also include service and maintenance contracts, the need for service and maintenance must be clearly stated, as well as the expected annual running costs after the guarantee period has expired.
Attention is drawn to the fact that the requirement specifications (in KGV) in some places are partly based on a function and service description as a method for specification. Therefore it is the supplier's responsibility to give a specific and detailed tender which covers the hospital's needs and requirements in a satisfactory and complete way.
