The city government has approved matter 444/08, “Action plan for altering and making stationary energy use more efficient in Oslo municipality” and has asked the city council to present a strategy for the development of low energy and passive housing in Oslo, as well as which means the municipality can use to increase the number of low energy and passive houses in the private property market.
The aim of the contract is to work out a strategy for renewable energy supply in buildings and for making buildings in Oslo more energy efficient. The consultant must reckon on obtaining information, material, analyses, reports etc. from different research milieu.
