010-2011 management and operation of parks and recreation areas in region nord-east

Oslo Municipality with recreation and leisure service invite suppliers to submit tenders for management and operation of parks and recreation areas in region north-east. This region comprises sites in Bjerke, Alna, Grorud and Stovner districts. The region consists of important green lungs and corridors in the individual districts and between the different districts. The region includes footpaths, large and small recreation areas, green areas and bathing areas.
This is a contract which is based upon both unit prices and fixed prices. The quantity given can be lacking for some areas.
The award authority’s economy is subject to budgetary procedure. The scope of the assignment is therefore uncertain. The size and scope which are given in the tender documents and attachments cannot be taken as binding in respect of the extent of the contract.
