The goal is to offer a learning, follow-up, and recreational offer for pupils at secondary school. The offer must cover up to 50 youths and will be held outside the 190 school days. The offer will contribute to subject confirmation, motivation, and mastering life. The target group is youths in the transition between the 9th and 10th years who are in danger of developing norm-breaking behaviour, and who do not experience mastering in school nor belong to the community.
The assignment is to be carried out in summer in 2024 and 2025. The contracting authority will have an option to extend the contract for up to a further one (1) + one (1) year, i.e., for the years 2026 and 2027 on unchanged terms.

Oslo Municipality, c/o the Agency for Education, hereafter referred to as the contracting authority invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for a supplementary learning arena for pupils in secondary school.
The goal is to offer a learning, follow-up, and recreational offer for pupils at secondary school. The offer must cover up to 50 youths and will be held outside the 190 school days. The offer will contribute to subject confirmation, motivation, and mastering life.

In order to ease the transition from secondary school to sixth form college, we would like tenderers to offer a mentor/guidance scheme for the youth group that applies until the end of the first term in sixth form college.
A start-up meeting must be arranged in order to clarify any adaptations in the delivery, cf. the requirements specification.
The contract's estimated value is NOK 2.5 million a year and NOK 10 million for the entire contract period.
The assignment is to be carried out in summer in 2024 and 2025.
The contracting authority will have an option to extend the contract for up to a further one (1) + one (1) year, i.e., for the years 2026 and 2027 on unchanged terms.
If the tenderer finds that tender documentation does not provide adequate information, he can with written request ask for additional information via the messenger feature in the tender management system.
