Requirement: Certificate of registration from the register, as required by the laws in the country where the tenderer is established, (e.g. the Brønnøysund Register Centre in Norway).

Documentation requirement: Company registration certificate.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

1. Requirement: Tenderers must include documentation showing that the tenderer has sufficient solidity. This is to be substantiated by presenting a credit rating from an approved credit rating agency. The credit rating must be from the last yearly approved accounts. The rating requirement is score A or higher from Bisnode or equivalent credit rating agencies. If a tenderer does not include documentation of a credit rating, Bisnode will be used for checks or documentation.

2. Requirement: Certificate from the tax collector for paid VAT in the relevant county.

2. Requirement: Tenderers are required to have an organisation that has the capacity to fulfil the contract.

1. Documentation requirement: Documented by a short overview of 3 relevant deliveries in Norway in the last 2 years.

The overview/description must as a minimum include:

- A statement with a direct comment from the 3 contracting authorities that have received most of the tenderer's services in 2022/23.. Contact information must be attached so that the persons making the comments can be contacted for references.

- An overview of the number of temporary staff and the total number of temporary staff hours for all professional competencies provided from the tenderer in 2022 to public contracting authorities in Norway, split by nationality.

2. Documentation: Brief account of the tenderer's organisation, including delivery and service organisation for this contract. Cooperation with any sub-suppliers must be described.
