Statsbygg requests in connection with project new government quarter, tenders for the following consultancy assignment:
H186 Project manager(s) for partnering contracts.
The project new government quarter will contribute to the reconstruction of the government quarter between Akersgata and Møllergata, with a concentrated development for good area utilisation. The development of construction stage 2 starts in 2025, provided that the Norwegian Parliament gives its approval. The hired project managers for partnering contracts, henceforth referred to as the partnering contract managers, must manage the sub-projects for the project new government quarter.
Statsbygg needs to join up with one to three (1 to 3) partnering contract managers with considerable experience from management positions in major construction projects. Experience with partnering contracts, including planning, establishing target prices, and execution will be given considerable weight. The partnering manager will be part of Statsbygg's project organisation and will report to the manager for the relevant construction stage.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.

Throughout the entire project execution phase, the provider must have the ability to manage and store shield-worthy (security graded) information in the scope and the grading level included in the contract work.

The offered personnel must comply with the statutory Norwegian security clearance requirements

Signed and completed self-declaration, see Annex 4.

If information is available about the tenderers and/or their sub-contractors, that gives the contracting authority grounds to believe that the qualification requirement will not be fulfilled, this may result in the tender offer being rejected. In such a case further documentation can be requested from the tenderer and/or Statsbygg itself will obtain further information.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have satisfactory financial implementation ability.

The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasized.

Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of the tenderer.

Tenderers can also be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
