The aim si to cover the contracting authority's need for ICT equipment beyond what is covered by joint government contracts, as well as the procurement and management of licences, and consultancy services.
Contract 1 comprises ICT equipment that is not covered by joint government contracts, i.e., equipment for computer centres and networks, and other contracts entered into by the contracting authority, e.g., equipment for traffic centres. Framework agreement for 2+1+1 years with 1 tenderer. The estimated value is NOK 20 million in the contract period.
Contract 2 comprises the procurement and management of licences. The contract is non-exclusive, licences can be procured directly from the producer or under other contracts entered into by the contracting authority, and then transported to the chosen licence partner for further follow-up. Contract with one tenderer for a period of 2+2+1+1 years. The estimated value is NOK 90 million in the contract period.
Contract 3 comprises consultancy services within ICT. 1-3 parallel framework agreements for a period of 2+1+1 years. The estimated total value of the framework agreements is NOK 20 million in the contract period.

The Norwegian Coastal Administration has established well-functioning ICT infrastructure. This mainly consists of standardised systems that must be maintained and developed. In order to ensure continuity, reliability, and innovation, we must have a tenderer that can deliver a broad spectrum of products, has expertise in our current systems, and can assist us in the development of future systems.

The estimated value of the contract is NOK 20 million in the framework agreement period.
