Tenderers shall have sufficient experience from assignments within
service and maintenance of ventilation installations.
Sufficient experience means that the tenderer, across the submitted reference assignments combined, can document experience from all of the following professional areas:
• Service and maintenance of ventilation in buildings that are completely or partly in operation
New installations and replacement works for ventilation installations in buildings that are completely or partly in operation.
• Installation/adjustment of ventilation installations.
A single reference assignment is not required to cover all three areas. It is sufficient that the submitted reference projects together document experience from all of the listed disciplines.
In addition at least one of the submitted reference assignments shall show that the tenderer has coordinated ventilation work in more than three (3) buildings for the same customer or contracting authority.
Documentation requirement:
A description shall be provided of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 reference assignments from the last 5 years, with information on:
• The name of the project/contract
• Description of the assignment
• Type of building
• The assignment ́s value
• Execution period
• The contracting authority and the name of a gender neutral preferred (the person in question can be contacted if needed).
Tenderers are encouraged to clearly state in the description of each reference assignment, which of the three professional areas the relevant assignment documents experience from. This will facilitate the evaluation and reduce the risk that the reference will not be emphasised.
It must be stated whether the works have been carried out by sub-suppliers or by the tenderer themselves. If the tenderer has not carried out the work themselves, the reference will not substantiate that the qualification requirement is fulfilled. Tenderers must, in such cases, present a commitment statement from a sub-supplier who has the relevant experience and reference projects from the sub-contractors that show that the requirement is fulfilled.
